Open-Box / Inspection

  • Standard courier services in Pakistan don’t support open-box inspection.

  • If “Open-Box Delivery” is available in your city and enabled at checkout, you may visually confirm—without breaking seals—that the correct items are present. Acceptance after full unsealing counts as delivered in good condition.

Heat-Sensitive & Liquid Items

  • We pack liquids with leak protection. During heat waves, we may limit Friday dispatches to avoid weekend warehousing. Slight warmth does not affect product efficacy; refrigerate items marked “chill after opening”.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: You may edit or cancel by contacting us (WhatsApp/phone/email) with your Order #.

  • After dispatch: Changes/cancellation aren’t possible; see Returns/RTO below.
